Two and a Half Man

Charlie Harper (Charlie Sheen) é um solteirão de bem com a vida que vive numa casa de praia em Malibu, tudo muda na sua, aparente, calma vida quando o seu irmão Alan (Jon Cryer), que está no meio de um divórcio, e o seu sobrinho de 10 anos Jake (Angus T. Jones), resolvem ir morar com ele temporariamente. Situação que acaba por se tornar permanente. Para complicar ainda mais as coisas, há uma série de outras personagens que giram em torno da vida de Charlie, a controladora mãe de Charlie e Alan, Evelyn (Holland Taylor), a ex-mulher de Alan, Judith (Marin Hinkle), e a atraente mas estranha vizinha Rose (Melanie Lynskey), que teve um romance com Charlie e não desiste de entrar na vida dele custe o que custar. Apesar do relacionamento meio caótico entre Charlie e Alan, descobrem que têm uma coisa em comum: ambos querem o melhor para Jake e fazem tudo por isso. Juntos enfrentam o desafio de ajudar Jake a se tornar adulto e aprendem também com ele a crescer.
